موديول Job Order مخصص لأوامر عمل اللوحات والتركيبات المرتبطة بالمطبوعات. تختار نوع العمل والمنتجات، وتدخل المقاس، والنظام يحسب المساحة ويضربها بسعر المتر.The Job Order module handles work orders for signage and installations tied to printing. You choose the type of work and the products, enter the size, and the system works out the area and multiplies it by the price per metre.

2اعتماد الطلبOrder approval: يبدأ تنفيذ الأعمال بعد اعتماد عرض السعر من قبل العميل وسداد دفعة مقدمة بنسبة 75% من إجمالي قيمة العرض.Work starts after the client approves the quotation and pays a 75% advance of the total value.
3مدة التنفيذExecution time: مدة التجهيز للبنود من (1) إلى (2) هي 7 أيام عمل تبدأ من تاريخ استلام الدفعة المقدمة واعتماد جميع التصاميم النهائية، ولا تشمل يومي الجمعة والسبت أو الإجازات الرسمية.Preparation of items (1) to (2) takes 7 working days from receiving the advance and approval of all final designs, excluding Fridays, Saturdays and official holidays.
4التوصيل والتركيبDelivery & installation: يشمل العرض التوصيل والتركيب داخل مدينة واحدة فقط. وعند طلب التوصيل أو التركيب في مدينة أخرى، يتحمل العميل جميع التكاليف الإضافية المتعلقة بالنقل.The offer covers delivery and installation within one city only. For another city, the client bears all additional transport costs.
5الاستلام والضمانHandover & warranty: يتم تسليم الأعمال بعد معاينتها واعتمادها من قبل العميل، وبمجرد الاستلام يُعد ذلك إقراراً بسلامة المنتج ومطابقته للمواصفات المعتمدة.Works are handed over after the client inspects and approves them; receipt confirms the product is sound and matches the approved specifications.
6الصيانةMaintenance: لا يشمل هذا العرض أي خدمات صيانة مجانية بعد التسليم. وفي حال طلب العميل أي صيانة أو تعديل أو إصلاح، يتم احتساب تكلفتها بشكل مستقل.The offer includes no free maintenance after handover. Any maintenance, modification or repair the client requests is charged separately.
7التعديلاتModifications: أي تعديل أو إضافة يطلبها العميل بعد اعتماد التصميم أو بدء التنفيذ تُعتبر أعمالاً إضافية ويتم تسعيرها وتنفيذها بعد موافقة العميل.Any change or addition requested after design approval or the start of production is extra work, priced and carried out after client approval.
8تأخر العميلClient delay: في حال تأخر العميل في اعتماد التصاميم أو توفير المعلومات أو الموقع أو أي متطلبات لازمة للتنفيذ، يحق للمورد تعديل مدة التنفيذ بما يتناسب مع فترة التأخير.If the client is late approving designs or providing information, the site or any requirement, the supplier may adjust the execution time accordingly.
9الإلغاءCancellation: في حال إلغاء الطلب بعد بدء أعمال التصنيع، يحق للمورد خصم قيمة الأعمال المنجزة والمواد التي تم شراؤها، ولا تُسترد الدفعة المقدمة أو أي جزء منها بما يغطي تلك التكاليف.If the order is cancelled after production starts, the supplier may deduct the value of completed work and purchased materials, and the advance is not refunded to the extent it covers those costs.

    06سندات التسليمDelivery notes

    التسليم موثّق. بالكميات والصورة والتوقيع.Delivery, documented. Quantities, photos, signature.

    موديول خاص لسندات التسليم: نرسل للعميل رابط السند، فيراجع الكميات المشحونة ويقارنها بعرض السعر أو أمر الشراء. إذا في نقص يوضّحه، وإذا فيه كسر أو مشكلة يصوّرها ويرفعها على نفس السند، ثم يوقّع إلكترونياً، وبعدها فقط يضغط «تأكيد الاستلام».A dedicated delivery-note module: we send the client a link to the note, they review the shipped quantities and compare them with the quotation or purchase order. If anything is short they flag it; if something is broken or wrong they photograph it on the same note — then sign electronically and only then tap “Confirm receipt”.

      السند ينشأ من المشروع، والرابط يوصل العميل على واتساب أو رسالة.The note is created from the project; the link reaches the client by WhatsApp or SMS.

    2. العميل يراجع الكمياتThe client checks quantities

      يقارن الكميات المشحونة بما جاء في عرض السعر أو أمر الشراء.They compare shipped quantities with the quotation or purchase order.

    3. في نقص؟ يوضّحهSomething short? They flag it

      الكميات الناقصة تظهر بوضوح، ويوصل فريق المشروع تنبيه.Shortages are shown clearly and the project team is alerted.

    4. كسر أو مشكلة؟ يصوّر ويرفعDamage or an issue? Photo & upload

      يصوّر المشكلة ويرفعها على نفس السند.They photograph it and upload it to the same note.

    5. يوقّع على السندSigns the note

      لا يتفعّل زر التأكيد قبل أن يوقّع العميل بإصبعه على الشاشة.The confirm button stays disabled until the client has signed on the screen.

    6. ثم يؤكد الاستلامThen confirms receipt

      بعد التوقيع يضغط «تأكيد الاستلام»، فيصير السند موثّقاً ومربوطاً بالمشروع وجاهزاً كإثبات قبل الفوترة.After signing they tap “Confirm receipt”; the note is documented, linked to the project and ready as proof before invoicing.

    أسعار الباقات تشمل خدمات التنفيذ والتهيئة الموضحة في نطاق كل باقة. تراخيص مستخدمي أودو وأي استضافة أو خدمات خارجية إضافية تُحدد وتُسعّر بشكل منفصل وفق احتياج المنشأة والعرض المعتمد.Package prices cover the implementation and configuration services listed in each package's scope. Odoo user licences and any hosting or additional third-party services are scoped and priced separately, based on your needs and the approved proposal.
